Hello! My name is Jean Franco Gomez, but my artist name is DaffyLines. I’m an illustrator and 2D animator from Costa Rica, and I’ve been working in the animation and illustration industry for over 6 years. Several years ago, I graduated with honors from Universidad Veritas in San José, Costa Rica.
I have 3 years of experience working as an illustrator assistant, during which I have developed skills as a copy artist, color artist, character design, composition and more.
I’ve been drawing since I was 6 years old, but in 2019 I decided to pursue my artistic path professionally. I love illustrating themes related to fantasy, spooky, science fiction, fairy tales, and many more.
I’m a very positive person who believes that hard work always beats talent. I love living each day to the fullest and being as happy as possible, which is why I strive to express that energy through my art and share it with the world!
